Global Markets Analysis – 07 August 2017

A commentary written by Tony Tong

• Downtrend of global edible oils continues, as a downward correction is in progress.
• Although the market is supported by long interest, the downward correction is unlikely to be affected.
• Our short-term short outlook remains.

• In this week, traders may seek opportunities to close-out all short positions when the prices are low.
• Traders may switch short to long when the prices are supported at low.
