Position: Operations Executive Executive

(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

We are looking for qualified and dynamic individual to fill the following position.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day back office operational duties with minimum supervision, including:

  • Perform account opening procedures
  • Perform trade settlement and reconciliation of company’s accounts with clearing house/member within the stipulated turnaround time
  • Update data in back office system
  • Prepare trade related transaction document for client’s cash movement
  • Compile client’s financial reports, maintain filling and records systems, mailing of statements


  • Diploma in related field/ STPM or equivalent.
  • Has initiative and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Candidates with IT background are encouraged to apply.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
