Position: Web Design & IT Support


This role consists of mixture of Microsoft Windows support and Web Design, with about a 60 – 40 split in favour of IT support.

  • Attend to users’ IT technical support requests to troubleshoot technical related issues involving both application and hardware.
  • Responsible for post and pre implementation support and documentation.
  • Develop/Review/Enforce the company’s IT policies and procedure, including disaster recovery plan, IT asset management and security assessment.
  • Provide system training and briefing to system users on the new application release or patch.
  • Provide assistance and support to the company’s e-commerce projects, including design, development of various e-marketing materials and maintenance and updates of corporate website.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in IT technical support.
  • HTML / CSS skills would be a major advantage but not essential.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, able to identify, propose and execute improvement initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently and explore new ideas.
  • Good written/spoken English.
