To his peers, associates and clients, what sets Terence apart bar none is his ability to tell stories that are relevant and educational. Before the advance of the Internet which now facilitates Direct Market Access to retail and institutional traders, Terence's humble beginning started out from the open outcry pit trading system as a Floor Trader. He is exposed to different aspects of the Malaysian futures industry, accumulating over 22 years of experience in the role of Dealing, Business Development and Marketing at various local broking house and subsidiaries of Malaysian banks. He is currently the Executive Director of Dealing at Oriental Pacific Futures Sdn Bhd, the only Chinese futures broker based in Kuala Lumpur and fully supported by Tianjin Julong Group, a leading China-based group of companies involved in palm oil plantation, processing, trading and distribution.

Marcello Cultrera, Client Onboarding Manager (Licensed CMSR), Oriental Pacific Futures

Marcello Cultrera is a practical, passionate and resourceful experienced electronic trading consultant/ project manager and now a BMD CMSR specializing in Crude Palm Oil Futures with Oriental Pacific Futures. He spent 12 years working in the Futures industry between London and Kuala Lumpur at the Buy side and European Brokerages where he gained exposure to Equity and Futures trade flows including implementation of full STP electronic trading flow with algorithmic functionality and exchange connectivity recovery models.

Marcello progressive career growth spanned from Front Office support and dealing along technical consultancy for several financial vendors and banks towards connectivity implementation, consultancy and client on-boarding. He is also specializing in the crude palm oil futures market assisting client with its market microstructure evolution and technological innovation.

Kenny Pang believes the best trading strategy is not only to show positive results, but also the best fit for our individual personality. Kenny joined Oriental Pacific Futures in 2011 as a Licensed CMSR and has never looked back since. It is at OPF that he grows his interests and knowledge working with local and global professional traders and translates the knowledge to assist clients who aspire to become professional trader by providing customized strategies that suit the trading profile of OPF clients.
