Retail Futures Trading Account

Suitable For:
Individual traders/investors.
Personal trading only.

Step 1: Sign-Up Online
Sign-up online. Once we have received your Open Account request, our Capital Markets Services Rrepresentative (CMSR) will contact you, either by phone or email for further details.

Step 2: Fill-Up Forms (Offline)
You will be asked to fill in two forms (offline):

• 1 Copy x Account Opening Form (Individual)
• 2 Copies x Futures Trading Agreement

Step 3: Send Required Documents
You will also need to prepare the following documents together with the Account Opening Form (Individual) AND the two copies of Futures Trading Agreements:

• 1 Copy x Identity Card or Passport
• 1 Copy x (i) Latest Pay Slip (ii) Latest Income Tax Return or (iii) Latest 3 Months Bank Statement

Institutional Futures Trading Account

Suitable For:
Corporate traders/investors.
Trading for and on behalf of a Company/Legal Business Entity.

Step 1: Sign-Up Online
Sign-up online. Once we have received your Open Account request, our Capital Markets Services Rrepresentative (CMSR) will contact you, either by phone or email for further details.

Step 2: Fill-Up Forms (Offline)
You will be asked to fill in two forms (offline):

• 1 Copy x Account Opening Form (Corporate)
• 2 Copies x Futures Trading Agreement

Step 3: Send Required Documents
You will also need to prepare the following documents together with the Account Opening Form (Individual) AND the two copies of Futures Trading Agreements:

For business entity incorporated in Malaysia

• 1 Copy x Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company;
• 1 Copy x Latest Form 24 – Return on Allotment of Shares (Particulars of shareholding & directors as per company registry);
• 1 Copy x Latest Form 44 – Registered Office Address;
• 1 Copy x Latest Form 49 – Particulars of Directors and Secretaries;
• 1 Copy x Certified True Copy of the latest Audited Accounts;
• 1 Copy x Directors Resolution authorizing the opening of account, naming the person(s) authorized to operate the account and their specimen signatures.

For business entity incorporated outside of Malaysia

For foreign entities, you will need to provide legitimate equivalent documents. We understand that different countries exercise different registration or corporate procedures. The Management of Oriental Pacific Futures reserve the rights to the acceptance of other equivalent documents to open an account.
